10-Minute Workout Challenge, The Summer Series – June 1st

This challenge series is all about getting moving!

Through June, July and August we will be doing a quick workout challenge every weekday.

This will include a 2-part workout plan that will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Since everyone workouts at a different pace, you can complete these workouts at anytime, anywhere and with anyone!  Each day there will be a workout with number of repetitions given.  Depending on your current physical condition, you can choose to do less or more.  Whatever is best for you.

The main point is that you get moving.

Today is the first day of our June Challenge.  For this month, we will be focused on Planks and Burpees!  That’s right, we are starting things off with a boom!
