These challenges are all about getting you moving!
Through the month of July we will be doing a quick workout challenge every weekday.
This will include a 2-part workout plan that will take about 10 minutes to complete.
Since everyone workouts at a different pace, you can complete these workouts at anytime, anywhere and with anyone! Each day there will be a workout with number of repetitions given. Depending on your current physical condition, you can choose to do less or more. Whatever is best for you.
The main point is that you get moving.
For this month, we will be focused on Wall Sits and Tricep Dips!
