And ***SPOILER ALERT*** you can also complete the July Challenge in 10-Minutes!

As our last day of the challenge, we are doing 110 burpee’s (that’s right, one more day to push it!) and holding our plank positions for 300 seconds (come on, there’s no crying in planking!)
