We are searching for Mental Health Integrated Licensed professional (LCSW) with experience coordinating and providing depression, anxiety and other behavioral health care for patients. You will provide short term intensive work with patients and refer patients to long term care as appropriate. We are looking for someone who has past crisis environment work, as this background has been ideal. Your diligence and work experience leveraging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Problem Solving Treatment (PST) will be key to provide brief counseling for depression and other behavioral health issues. Our client has two openings, (1) in Longmont and (1) Northglenn, CO.
We are looking for someone who is confident and can be autonomous with their diagnosis and brings strong communication skills to work directly with PCP and other providers. You will have a passion for helping patients in a changing and non-traditional environment. You will have earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and have past work experience as a change agent, educating PCPs and others regarding mental illnesses in a high visibility role. You will provide assessments and evaluations to clients with high standards of care, empathy and hope. In your role you will strive to enhance the values and mission of the organization.
