Licensed Therapists for Adult Outpatient Treatment in Colorado

We are looking for multiple Licensed Therapists to join our Adult Outpatient Teams in Fort Collins, Loveland and multiple locations in-between.
Our client offers mental health and addiction services at locations throughout Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes Park, Colorado. Our client is a 501(c)(3) organization and the largest behavioral health provider of Medicaid in the county.
In this role, you will provide on-going assessments, crisis intervention, individual, group therapy as well as case management for adults. Develops and monitors service plans, monitors treatment progress, documents interactions and maintains clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Licensed Therapists will also coordinate with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients. Collaborates with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment.
- Successfully completed a Masters degree in human services, human development, social work or a related field of study.
- Active (or almost active) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License in the state of Colorado
- Willingness to pursue and complete Certified Addiction Counselor II (CAC II)
Active Certified Addiction Counselor II (CAC II) or higher in the state of Colorado
Experience with Trauma-informed care preferred

$48,000 – $60,000 annual base salary plus everything listed above!
