We are hiring an experienced (2years+ grad) School-Based Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to complete assessments, brief interventions, care coordination, and individual, family, and group behavioral health interventions with middle school (grades 7 & 8) children in a public school environment for our client in Worcester, MA.

You will join a PCMH Prime Level III Accredited team that has received the prestigious HRSA Gold and Silver Award for quality client service. The Clinician will work within an integrated care model geared for a school environment. You will provide consultation with staff and parents, outreach with the school community, and work with the school principal on a needs assessment that will best serve the overall student population and those students the clinician is providing serves for. Work will include crisis intervention, consultations with staff, brief assessments, brief interventions, care coordination, and individual, family, and group behavioral health interventions with students and their families. The Clinician will work directly with medical providers and the care team to collaboratively address students’ care and to support their behavioral health. The clinician will be a strong relationship builder with faculty, staff, parents and the school community.
- Candidate must have or be eligible for and actively working towards obtaining a LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC credentials.
- Three (3) years of direct clinical therapy and up to 2 ½ of those years in a school system environment is preferred. Some experiences may be in an internship role.
