Once an organization a has partnered with Empowered Partnerships, they are more than just a “client” they are our partner.

As a Client Partner of Empowered Partnerships, organizations receive a high level of service on their outsourced job openings. However, Recruiting doesn’t stop once a candidate has been identified. EP believes that one way to do this is to offer Candidate Communication for all Candidates throughout the hiring process.

One of the hardest things about interviewing is letting candidates know the feedback, especially if it’s bad news.  We take this part off of the shoulders of the hiring managers. Once the feedback from interviews is received, EP communicates directly to candidates to let them know next steps.

Good or bad, the feedback is delivered in a professional manner to each and every candidate.  The hiring managers aren’t burdened with follow up, and are encouraged to end each interview with,

“Empowered Partnerships will be in touch with you soon about next steps.”

We believe that having everyone updated throughout the process from interview preparation to credentialing requirements, helps to ensure a smooth and easy process for everyone involved.
