As a Client Partner of Empowered Partnerships, organizations receive a high level of service on their outsourced job openings. However, Recruiting doesn’t stop once a candidate has been identified. EP believes that one way to do this is to offer thorough reference checks and credentialing assistance to both the Client Partner and the Candidate throughout the hiring process.
The EP team conducts reference checks and helps obtain documentation for credentialing when required. References are customized to the needs of the Client Partners, and conducted in accordance to their needs. Credentialing requirements are communicated to the Job Seeker so they can provide all pertinent details to the Client Partner when needed.
The reference checks mirror the Client Partners requirements, and ensures that each candidate has the documentation required prior to an offer. Ensuring everyone is included throughout the credentialing requirements, helps to ensure a smooth and easy process for everyone involved.
