We the Mental Health Professionals of Empowered Partnerships LLC, in Order to form a more perfect partnership, establish clarity, insure tranquility, promote employee advocacy, encourage the general client welfare, and secure the sanctions of professional liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Rights of Fairness in Employment Doctrine for all Mental Health Professionals seeking to gain employment through Empowered Partnerships LLC to achieve his/her career goals.

 

The Mental Health Professional’s Rights of Fairness in Employment Doctrine

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to express interest in any and all openings interest builds.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to clear communication.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to open and complete communication throughout the process.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to proper and fair treatment throughout the process.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to expect full confidentiality when sharing any information, unless specifically discussed.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to a balanced lifestyle and work schedule.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to be made aware of all open opportunities that may apply to their background and expertise.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to quote a compensation range as opposed to a limited set compensation.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to complete feedback from the Hiring Manager.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to the opportunity to be properly prepped for any and all interviews.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to assistance throughout the credentialing process.

Every Mental Health Professional has the right to support through the placement process and after hired, regardless if placed as a Contractor or Direct-Hire Employee.

Know your rights!

 

Unfortunately, we know that organizations can be in violation of these rights on occasion.  When this does occur, we stand up for our professionals within our relationships with hiring organizations and in the political arena.  While, the health care industry has traditionally been ignored when it comes to developing creative and out-of-the-box methods in hiring and employment, we feel it’s time to challenge old norms and for the industry to catch up.

Join us and sign our petition to create a Mental Health Professional’s Day in Colorado!  This petition will be sent to Governor John Hickenlooper so we are looking to gain as many signatures as we can.

The purpose of this will be to create a day to say ‘thank you’ to all the professionals who have dedicated their lives and careers to the betterment of others.  It is a small way to demonstrate the gratitude and appreciation the community has for them.
