The Corrected Definition of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

I recently ‘googled’ the term “recruitment process outsourcing” and I was surprised at what I found.

It was just BAD!

The definition was shockingly short and incredibly undescriptive of what RPO is meant to provide to companies using its services.

 

After the initial moment of shock wore off, I decided to develop a brand new video blog series to reveal the unknown and unmask myths about using RPO services specifically within mental health hiring.

 

Why mental health hiring?

 

Because this is a big-time booming industry that is only going to grow even bigger in the coming years.  When employers go to look for and hire these professionals, they often find themselves stuck trying to compete in an already intensely competitive market.

 

And well, we are experts when its comes to hiring mental or behavioral health.  Its what we do all day, every day.
