A lot has changed over the last 6 months here at Empowered Partnerships LLC. EP has been working hard to rebrand ourselves to better reflect the services and offerings we deliver to the mental and behavioral health community.
Since Day 1, we have always been 100% committed to serving the mental and behavioral health industry; this will always remain the same. In addition to our hiring and employment services, we have also continued to stay devoted to our advocacy within the industry; this also will never change.
However, over the last year or two, we went from being a temp-to-perm staffing company to a 100% RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) dedicated firm. We shifted our entire model to reflect the needs of the market and to be the most effective for our clients/candidates.
Why did EP do this?
To put it bluntly, because no one else would. Hiring organizations constantly take for granted the needs and demands of the mental health market. So many of the largest recruiting companies think its “no big deal” to hire a Therapist (for example), because hiring a Therapist is just like hiring any other professional, right?
Hiring and employment in the mental/behavioral health industry is VERY different and extremely high niche. Meaning, often in order to find the most qualified professionals, companies or Recruiters must be keyed in to what’s going on in the market to understand the most efficient way to go about it.
Otherwise, clients end up spending a great deal of extra money paying that recruiting company to drill day-in, day-out looking for someone who fits the bill.
Not to mention, interviewing mental and behavioral health workers. To complete the most well-rounded interview, you have to know what you’re talking about. Its similar to hiring for a very high niche technology professional. The recruiter can sound pretty silly to the candidate if its obvious they don’t understand what they are talking about.
For all of these reasons, Empowered Partnerships has focused the last few months on completing rebranding our organization to reflect the sensitivity and understanding we have demonstrated in this market.
We wanted to show the world how much we care about this industry and the professionals working within it. EP felt a new website was just one piece of that.
So with all this, we hope you will visit our new and improved website, take a walk around and let us know your thoughts, suggestions, questions and concerns. Your feedback is ALWAYS valued and appreciated!
